Methodological framework of correct use of AI in LSP
ABOUT
The project team will try to answer the question, which measures should be taken to facilitate for teachers and educators to use AI in an educational context. A separate part of WP2 will be selection and definition of job areas for scenarios. This activity should help to define precisely the shortcomings in the area.

RESULTS
1. A described set of fields and usages of AI in the teaching, supported by good practice examples that improve the efficiency of the final result of the project
2. A catalogue of thematic areas / issues which might be the background for the LSP scenarios built within the project of the project partners, and the development and teaching of which may contribute to the success of graduates in the labour market.
3. A set of feedback that will be integrated in the AILEM methodology
4. Pedagogical framework for the application of gamification aspect in LSP teaching
WORK PACKAGE 3
MOOC Practical AI application for LSP
ABOUT
The main objective of WP3 is related to designing miniMOOCs, which are short open online courses whose duration does not exceed two hours. minMOOCs will be modular and use didactic material: Video and podcast, texts, interactive presentations, question sets (quizzes) that will be deposited in the repository and useful for reuse. MOOC will be in 5 languages: English (as a main language), Italian, Polish, Turkish, and Croatian.

To develop a MOOC template for the AILEM project
To deliver a set of tutorials of real applications in LSP teaching multimedia Contents.
To produce a MOOC in 5 languages.
To develop the slides and written contents as supporting material

RESULTS
WP3 will deliver a concrete Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) which will target a wide audience and could be integrated into the daily practices of the HEIs’ lecturers in language learning all over Europe. It will provide practical support to the lecturers for the management of their LSP language courses using AI-based methods that could improve their teaching life and give new tools and opportunities for the learners.

Community of practice building
ABOUT
The aim of this WP is to build a collaborative community that effectively leverages AI for enhanced LSP instruction. Each task within this WP plays a specific role in contributing to this overarching goal, ensuring that the AILEM project leaves a lasting impact on language education practices globally.
OBJECTIVES
Cultivate collaborative communities integrating AI into LSP instruction.
Uncover insights from language educators and experts through in-depth focus groups.
Establish a pivotal knowledge dissemination hub with the Scientific International Conference.
Host an inclusive Blended International Conference on AI in Language Learning.
Introduce the Prize for Best Innovative Usage of AI for LSP as a recognition mechanism.
Provide a foundation for subsequent project activities by leveraging the results within WP4.

WORK PACKAGE 5
Guidelines for practitioners & Stakeholders
ABOUT
WP5 will summarise key findings from the implementation activities by providing practical examples, tales from the field and success stories. It will formulate a set of guidelines for a reapplication outside the School borders. An aim is to reach education policy makers for reapplication of the model, with recommendations on integrating it into their formal and informal learning activities. Furthermore, it will draw recommendations for policy development across Europe and nationally.
OBJECTIVES
Produce recommendations for future project results transferability and up-scaling addressed to policy makers and stakeholders in the higher education sector.
Facilitate the transferring and scale up of the project results to organisations outside the Consortium simplifying the language.
RESULTS
The first result is the Guidelines document, of course
Engagement of pertinet policy makers, educational authorities, and other essential stakeholders, locally, nationally and at European level
Engagement of a substantial number of practitioners and key stakeholders through targeted dissemination and exploitation initiatives spanning local, national, European, and ultimately international spheres.
Establishment of wide quality standards to ensure uniform excellence in credentialing across all Member States, with an emphasis on fostering mutual recognition.
